Anne Sofie Vett Raaschou

Founding Partner

Anne Sofie Vett Raaschou co-founded Three Lakes after serving as Investment Director at Nrep, where she was part of the Danish Investment Leadership Team and led numerous high-profile real estate investments.


With over 15 years of real estate experience and a transaction track record of DKK 16bn, she brings deep expertise in investment strategy and execution. Before Nrep, she held key roles at Pears Global Denmark, Sadolin & Albæk Capital Markets (Colliers), and Maersk.


Anne Sofie holds a MSc from Copenhagen Business School and Bocconi University, earning a double degree with CEMS.

Christopher Aandahl

Founding Partner

Christopher Aandahl co-founded Three Lakes after playing a key role in Nrep’s Danish real estate investment team, where he executed several landmark deals.


With over seven years of real estate experience at Three Lakes, Nrep and Catella Corporate Finance, Christopher has led transactions totaling more than DKK 7bn, both as an investor and advisor.


He holds a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School during which he spent two years in management consulting at Kearney, and studied at Bocconi University in Italy.

Morten Vollan Andreassen

Investment Analyst

Morten Vollan Andreassen works as Investment Analyst at Three Lakes, where he supports research, analysis, and execution across the firm’s investment activities.


Before joining Three Lakes, Morten worked at DNB Finance, where he gained experience in credit risk assessment, asset financing, and financial reporting. Earlier, he served in the Norwegian Armed Forces.


Morten holds a BSc in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School and is currently pursuing an MSc in Applied Economics and Finance at Copenhagen Business School.

Marvin Wai Han joined Three Lakes after a successful internship and currently works as an Investment Analyst, where he supports research, analysis, and execution across the firm’s investment activities.



He has previous experience as a Junior Consultant at Leadership Advisor Group, where he worked with strategic board advisory and governance for listed companies across the Nordics and UK.



Marvin is currently completing a BSc in Business Administration and Psychology at Copenhagen Business School, during which he has studied finance and strategy at The Wharton School in Philadelphia and investment banking and M&A at HEC Paris. Earlier he has been a member of the Wharton Undergrad Real Estate Club (WUREC)
